



Create and execute a pan EMEA email marketing campaign to create awareness of StepStone’s solutions for combating talent management in a recession and to generate response in the form of information downloads, event registration and use of specialised assessment tools.
Four tailored emails, each targeting a different issue dealing with talent retention strategies in a recession. Each email offered one key call to action, plus a number of additional options where the main message didn’t fit the reader’s specific needs.
By following best practice guidelines for electronic DM accompanied by strong creative, the campaign delivered an above average response that was easily measurable through each call to action.
