Brief

Stimulate interest from large insurance companies for an innovative new way to asses risk when insuring commercial property.

Solution

Previously insurers would have relied heavily on postcodes to assess the risk of a property, however two buildings could share the same postcode but one could be on a hill and the other next to a river. So the analogy that relying on this approach was a gamble (lottery) was developed.

Results

Running in the leading industry title Post, the ad quickly gained the attention of insurers for this ground-breaking dimension of assessing risk.
