thumbnail & preview images

The system automatically generates thumbnail and preview images for more than 80 image formats including PSD, EPS and PDF. A separate image can also be uploaded to support Quark files if required.

shopping for assets

You can choose to immediately download an asset or save it to your own shopping basket. Return later to add or remove more items. When you are ready the system automatically packages a copy of your chosen assets into a single compressed file, downloading it to your desktop.

send to a friend

Shop for requested assets and email a link to the single pre-compressed asset archive. The recipient need only click the received link to initiate download from the portal.

offline asset management

Sometimes if an asset is too large to distribute via the Internet, the system will send an email request to the offline asset holder requesting a copy to be sent to the user on CD instead.

customisable interface

A fully customisable HTML interface comes with full detailed instructions on how to change the look and feel, allowing the system to have a branded appearance.
