Brief

Create leads in the form of demo requests from a previously untapped market, targeting councils both with and without existing parking enforcement strategies in place.

Solution

Two targeted DM campaigns utilising personalised data to target key individuals with decision making authority, both for those with existing systems that may not be able to meet the requirements of the new laws, and those who had yet to put a strategy in place. DMs were sent out in batches and followed up with concentrated telemarketing.

Results

An unprecedented response from a totally untried market for ESRI. Over 50 demonstrations, from a mailing of 400 organisations, had been booked within a month with more in the pipeline.
